Teddy Leonard
Teddy Leonard has a 30 year relationship with the Canadian root scene. Starring mostly as a sideman, he has accompanied a “Who’s Who” of Canadian Roll ‘n’ Roll. Morgan Davis and Colin Linden have both called upon him to add his guitar’s support to their recordings and tour dates. The double Juno award winning band “Fathead” claims him as their sole guitar man. He has shared the stage with “Band’ members Rick Danko, Garth Hudson and Robbie Robertson. As a member of the Maple Blues Revue, he puts the cap on the award show that recognizes the country’s best and brightest Blues musicians each year.
Porkbelly Futures called upon him to mount a rejuvenated campaign this year and his stylings grace their CD “The Crooked Road” wherever thrust and penetration (of the musical kind) are in demand.
